We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site.

We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.

We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us.

We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g. to enrol you in a class or to ship an order.

 

Security

We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline.

Wherever we collect sensitive information (such as credit card data), that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way. You can verify this by looking for a lock icon in the address bar and looking for “https” at the beginning of the address of the Web page.

While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, billing or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information.

The computers/servers in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.

 

Shipping of Ceramic Goods 

Most orders will be shipped via Australia Post or with Fastway Couriers. Please contact us if you would like to. I can accommodate most requests. Typically you can expect to receive your order within  2 – 14 business days

  • Once shipped The Clay Circle will provide you with tracking information.
  • Local pickup is available. Please contact us for a convenient time to pick up your order.
  • At this present time we do not ship internationally.
  • Shipping costs for orders are based on the order amount and calculated automatically by the shopping cart.

Damaged Policy

The Clay Circle makes every effort to pack your pottery in a manner such that it will survive the shipping process intact and all breakable items shipped are insured by               the  
carrier. If you do receive broken or damaged goods, please take a picture of the box your item came in, the broken item itself and let us know within 48 hours of receiving your items. We will endeavour to liaise with Australia post or the carrier to enable you receive a full refund of the item including the shipping cost.


Refund Policy

All workshops have a no refund policy, due to the nature and size of our clay circles we also require pre-payment to ensure your space. That way we all commit 100% to showing up and being present…however….we also know life can sometimes throw us a curve ball & if something does come up for you on the day of the workshop we are more than happy for you to transfer your reservation to a friend, a colleague, your dog or a complete stranger, that way the karmic gods will smile down on all of us.

 

Are We A Firing Service?

Unfortunately we aren’t, but we can point you in the direction of someone that is. Firing takes a lot of time, responsibility and effort. For now our capabilities are for studio work and pieces made during courses and workshops only. Please respect and understand it is hard to say no but this is the best decision for us at this time. Potentially this may change in the future as our little business blooms.
